As summer is winding down (already?!) and kids are getting prepared to head back to school, I thought it a good time to share our Phineas & Ferb “party” – as one last hurrah to celebrate the boys’ adventure-filled favorite season!
Really, there are lots of things you could do with a Phineas and Ferb theme. I don’t recommend giving a monkey a shower (at least not a real monkey), but it does seem like building a rocket or discovering something that doesn’t exist could be fun. And driving your sister insane? Well, that’s a regular source of “entertainment” around here.
When we had our Phineas & Ferb Disney Family Day, our family was very new to the show – so we stuck with broader activities. It was a blast!
On the menu:
- Mr. Slushy Dawgs
- Platypus Eggs (which apparently resemble tater tots)
- Phineas & Ferb Macaroni & Cheese
- Platypus Tails (cheese puffs)
- Phineas & Ferb Fruit Snacks
- and Perry Cupcakes in the Mad Doctor’s Ice Cream Lab

We played Pin the Tail on Agent P (made from printed pictures – super simple!)…

… and “Hey, where’s Perry?” (in which I hid smaller Perry cutouts throughout the house, like an easter egg hunt)

We also did some Phineas & Ferb activity printables before queueing up Across the 2nd Dimension. It was a super fun evening – and easy and inexpensive, too!
Disney Family has lots more ideas for different ages, or adaptations for a birthday party, etc including an adorable board game and crafts! Check them all out here.
