Here’s my problem… I don’t hesitate to rest, but the work continues to build up and it takes that much more effort/time and sometimes increases the stress to get “caught up.” I think that it’s probably better to rest, then stress, then rest, and so on. Ultimately it’s all about balance, right? It’s hard to find that balance.
